LegalGen provides AI-generated legal document drafts including NDAs, contracts, service agreements, and other business documents. Documents are generated using Claude AI by Anthropic and are provided as drafts only.
LegalGen is not a law firm. The documents generated by our platform do not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend that all generated documents be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use, particularly for high-stakes or complex situations.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle billing portal.
You agree not to use LegalGen to generate documents intended for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harm third parties. Matrix Lab LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Documents generated by LegalGen based on your inputs are owned by you. The LegalGen platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Matrix Lab LLC.
Matrix Lab LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated documents, including but not limited to legal disputes, financial losses, or contractual disagreements. Use of generated documents is entirely at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

The content you enter to generate documents (party names, purposes, etc.) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not permanently store the content of generated documents on our servers. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
We share your data only with: Paddle (payment processing), Anthropic (document generation via Claude API), and analytics tools (anonymized). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@legalgen.pro. We will respond within 30 days.
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Generated document content is not retained beyond the active session.
We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Matrix Lab LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with LegalGen. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy for all subscriptions processed through Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with LegalGen for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period.
Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, such as requesting multiple refunds across different accounts, or if the service was used extensively before requesting a refund after the 14-day period.
